All classes provide a total full body workout, with exercise to tone muscles, strengthen the core, improve posture, increase flexibility and co-ordination and leave you feeling energised. A low impact way to exercise that won’t put unnecessary wear and strain on your joints.

We welcome all levels of fitness and experience into our Reformer Pilates classes, from fitness pros, to absolute beginners.
Whether your stiffness is from exercising at a high intensity or from lack of movement our stretch and restore classes are perfect for releasing muscle tightness and tension throughout the body. This class leaves you feeling taller and has been designed to relax and rebalance your muscles and increase your range of movement. This is a restorative class so if you need a slow paced session with a key focus on relaxation, this class is perfect for you. All welcome. No experience necessary.
Restorative Yin Yoga is designed for absolute relaxation and recovery. All poses are held for 3 –5 minutes each, whilst in a restorative position such as lying on your back or seated.
There is no flow in this class and no standing poses. We use blankets, pillows, eye pillows and supportive props in this class to get as comfortable as we can in the poses. The aim is to teach the mind to be calm and present. Holding the poses for this amount of time, helps with flexibility and release of tightness through the muscle tissue. All welcome. No experience necessary.
In a fun and cardio energetic environment, we’ll help your children master the basics of movement, posture, core, coordination and functional strength, learning body control and awareness, whilst making new friends and improving their confidence levels.

These classes focus on regaining deep abdominal and pelvic floor strength to help support your lower back, following the demands of pregnancy and birth. Suitable for mums post 8 weeks with clearance from their doctor or woman's health professional. Bubs are always welcome in this class, however, mums are solely responsible for their little ones during the session. It is recommended that bubs stay in capsules / portable carriers or floor mats.
